Meet at the base of the Devil’s Bathtub driveway off Pond Road,  by the shelter there (The Devil’s Bathtub Shelter)

Mero-What?!  Is a more physically demanding walk that explores Devil’s Bathtub and then a hike along the top of the West Esker to the Hopkins Point Lodge.  We then work out way back toward where our cars are parked.   There are many steps down in the descent to Devils Bathtub and then an ascent of the West Esker. All walks will include the history of the park, a view of at least one of the glacially formed features, a visit to a site of a former resident who was farming in the area prior to dedication of the park, some detail about the flora and fauna with that area as well as additional local history.

This hike is 2 miles and will be 2 hours long. It is medium difficulty – it contains some uphill trail climbs.
Meet at lower Devils  Bathtub parking lot by  Algonkin Shelter on Pond Rd
