The Bird House Services:
At The Bird House we pride ourselves in our customer service! We are happy to help with any backyard birding questions and suggestions, squirrel issues, or tricky bird ID you may have. We are always here to carry out your purchases – bird seed, bird baths, statues, or anything you just don’t have enough hands to carry. We also offer free gift wrap! Save time and money by letting us wrap your gifts for you. On top of all this we also offer the following services:

Bird Feeder Repair
Backyard Habitat Consultation
Bird feeders can be brought in to be repaired for free. They can be dropped off any day during regular business hours. We will call you when they are done.
Get a Backyard Habitat Consultation from your friends at the Bird House. Our experts will suggest how you can make your outdoor space a haven for wildlife! This consultation service costs $100 for one hour. The fee is waived when making a purchase of $500 or more. Feeder pole and house installation options are also available.

Bird Feeder Cleaning
Bird feeders needing cleaning can be dropped off any day during regular business hours for drop off. We will call you when they’re done!
Bird feeder cleaning service can take 1-2 weeks to clean. We will try to get it done as soon as possible. Each cleaning will cost $10 per feeder.
Keep an eye on our upcoming events page for our Fall Feeder Cleaning Day where we dedicate a day to cleaning the feeders for free.
Delivery Service
Shop online and select “Local Delivery” as an option upon checkout to have your items delivered right to your door! You can also call us at (585)264-1550 to place your order over the phone. Deliveries are available for anyone in Monroe County for $15. We also have local pickup as an option. Shop online and pickup in-store or outside the shop absolutely free.
Bird Feeder Donations
Do you have an old or used feeder that you don’t need anymore? Don’t toss it out! Bring it on into the The Bird House. We will happily take care of the donation process.
