Celebrate Christmas in July with Don Alhart! The Bird House is pleased to welcome back Don Alhart to the store for a book signing of “Sibley’s Christmas Adventure.”
The Bird House has a large supply of Don Alhart’s book “Sibley’s Christmas Adventure!” This book tells the tale of Christmas in downtown Rochester 70 years ago. This is a thoughtful story about a mouse who lived at the old Sibley’s Department Store in Rochester. His greatest thrill was the holiday season when he got to watch children share their gift wishes with Santa.
“Downtown Rochester was a special place for me during the holidays, and the fourth floor at Sibley’s was the center of the universe to me,” said Alhart. All proceeds from the book ($20 cost) will go directly to the Arc of Monroe.
