She started Moon Rabbit Press in 2010\, after a serendipitous introduction to letterpress printing. Currently\, her work focuses on fine art linocut & letterpress prints\, which often feature bold colors and a healthy sense of humor.\nChris is a 1995 graduate of Montserrat College of Art\, were she earned her BFA in painting. She sells her work in person through art festivals and gallery shows around the country\, and teaches printmaking at the Flower City Arts Center.

Go PAST the Parks Department garage half way down Zoo Road. \n

This presentation explores the fascinating life of Henry Durand\, his relationship with George Eastman\, and the shocking twist that occurs once they donate their land to the City of Rochester. Durand Eastman Park takes on a life of its own in the years that follow. A tree museum\, a beach house\, a zoo\, a golf course and the “White Lady” ghost helped create the Park that Dr. Durand had envisioned: “world class.” This presentation meets at 10am at The Bird House.
