SUMMARY:Nature Hike with The Bird House - Trout Brook Trail
DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, September 27th\, 2026 from 9am to 11am: Nature Hike with The Bird House. Join Bird House Staff Cassidy as she leads a hike on Trout Brook Trail in Victor New York. This trail is located right near Ganondagon. The trail is about 2.4 miles long and takes around 50 min to complete. Cassidy plans on making some stops for breaks and to look for birds so it might be around 1 hour and 30 min to complete. The trail can be muddy if it’s after a rain so please bring proper footwear. There are a few steep inclines\, but they are short and spaced out throughout the trail and again Cassidy is more than happy to take breaks as needed. Walking sticks might help as well if you have them.  \nThe trail is beautiful and goes past multiple ponds\, creeks and wetlands where there is plenty of evidence of beavers as well. You also get to see a lot of open fields with beautiful views of the area. The trail is a loop and you can navigate it through the All Trails app as well if you search “Trout Brook Trail”. \nThis event is free but RSVP is required. This will help Cassidy have an idea of how many people are attending. \nThere is a gravel parking lot at the trail head. To find it you can put this address in google maps. It is listed as the “Seneca Trail Creepy Barn Parking Lot” which yes there is a barn\, but don’t worry it isn’t creepy.
